They did good work when it came to fixing my sewer line. When it came to my kitchen, I saw them 1 time. He said he was coming, but nothing. Then he stopped responding to me. This issue is still not fixed. I had to call Morris Jenkins.
Walt and JT’s Drain Service is absolutely amazing and if you need any plumbing work I highly recommend them! Very responsible, quickly completes all work and repairs, extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced for the great quality of work and service.
We had a major leak which required a backhoe to excavate more than 7 feet down. These guys came, dug, fixed and cleaned up. Worked under lights after sunset to make sure we could have water that night. Good work, a good value and nice people all around. Recommend without reservation and would call again in a heart beat. Thank you!
I called several plumbing services to replace my broken garbage disposal, they were more expensive and were going to set an installation date 2-3 week in the future. I called JT's and Walter Lee was in my home the same day within just a few hours. Did the swap out in about 30 minutes and charged me a flat rate, which was great. He is in my phone list now and is going to be my go to plumber.
