I highly recommend. Just had their technician, Mark, repair my Kitchenaid dishwasher and it was a very good experience. He quickly diagnosed my control pad, as being the problem, and although the part had to be ordered, he had my dishwasher running like new again in 2 days.
I have had JT's service my appliances on three separate occasions. They have provided quality and resonably priced service every time. Their staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Did not come out when promised. Someone called and changed the time of the appointment. I had to make arrangements to have s fried let them in. After they left they never called to let me know what they found. Would not recommend or use again

Highly recommend. They responded within one day (could have come out the same day, but I wasn't in a rush). Aaron diagnosed and fixed the problem within 1/2 hour. He explained the problem, and also showed me a workaround for a separate issue. Also advised me about a minor issue with my microwave. Highly professional, friendly, and didn't mind my nosy dog peeking over his shoulder.
I just had a service call with JT's and they were great. They were very friendly when I called to setup my appointment. They called ahead of arriving to give me a heads up and they arrived during their two hour window. Aaron was very professional and informative to me of what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was super quick in diagnosing the issue and had all the correct parts with him to fix it. We have had a great experiences with JT's over the years. I called them last week with a problem. They diagnosed it over the phone and helped me fix it myself...at no cost! Not many places are willing to take jobs away from themselves to help you like that!! Nice people that do good work.
