We have just moved into our Toelle Construction built home on Quadra Island. Having built a number of homes in the past with contractors and as an owner builder we are very familiar with the building process. A+ on communication, budgeting, materials, construction, problem-solving making this our first building experience a great one - all during a global pandemic! Our custom design required engineered concrete piers on rock in a gulley. Matt's team with Reuben as site super not only embraced our vision but owned it! Our contractor friends are impressed by the quality and timing of the project was right on the button.

We have built 4 custom homes over the last 30 years and this was ,by far, the most professional project we’ve been involved in. The builder kept us informed as to the progress and stayed on budget to the conclusion of the building. We’ve been in the home for over 5 years and I cannot express how pleased we are with the quality and follow up from the builder . Excellent choice!

Marshall and his team built a beautiful house for us on Quadra, they exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. Marshall consulted with us almost on a daily basis, making several suggestions that really enhanced the over all functionality and aesthetics of our home.
