Angie and Dr.Carruthers are awesome. I have been coming every since I moved here 5 years ago. However the new receptionist is very rude. She needs to work on her people skills and learn to be patient. After all it’s her JOB.
I moved to Mckinney last year and was referred to Dr Carruthers by a friend who is a patient there. Every visit has been pleasant and prompt! The girls are always laid back but attentive and are quick to provide resources when requested! Dr Carruthers listens, makes eye contact, is open to discuss and accommodate personal preferences! I have been a patient of Dr.C for over 20 years, i love him. I have recommended him to all my friends and family.. I have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office, they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact if you need an last minute appointment they do what they can to fit you into his busy schedule. Thanks for all you do
office staff is rude and communication is absolutely horrible. I cannot believe i even went back there again. Ran regular tests, but did not follow up with any results and when i called they told me to check the portal, but I never received any link to a portal. The staff is lazy, and I always feel rushed out there and I would never recommend anyone who is actually sick to ever go there.
