Jay did a fantastic job re grouting my bathroom tiles. The tiles look so fresh and brand new again. Jay took the time to ensure the grout colour matched. An easy experience and would highly recommend
Jay has the perfect combination of being easygoing while also being highly professional and diligent in his approach. We had a job with multiple challenges including variable weather and unforseen underlying damage to substrate flooring. On each occassion, Jay responded very timely and with tangible solutions, including taking advantage of when weather was favourable by doing additional work, and working collaboratively with a builder to remediate the substrate flooring.
