Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with on our new bathroom project, completing the screeding, waterproofing, tiling, and epoxy grouting. He was friendly, reliable, and thoughtful in how he worked. He always turned up on time, communicated clearly and proactively, and made the whole process feel easy and well managed. His quoting was thorough, transparent, and very reasonable.
