He was so crotchety, impatient, and dismissive. He told me that he wasn’t able to test for what I needed, but still took my appointment and my specialist fee insurance copay.
The allergy clinic is very accommodating and efficient. Dr Abbott listens to my concerns with thoughtfulness and adjusts my plan as needed.
My allergist, Dr. Abbott talks to me without reservation. I like that. He wants to know of anything I have questions about and makes me fell well taken care of.
There was little to no wait time. Dr Abbot listened carefully to my concerns and symptoms. He outlined a care plan and included me in decisions.
0% empathy, 100% ego… but still has good understanding/ logical interpretation of testing. Hard headed and doesn’t work well with you to make future plans. Just gets stuck in present view. Probably a good doctor for kids or someone that has simple allergies. But if you have multiple chronic illnesses this doctor will not motivate you on your journey.
