I was taken advantage of by the staff and a root canal was performed prematurely. Since then Dr. Strange has fired 2 employees but refuses to refund me for the unnecessary service that was performed. Dr. Strange and his new staff have been inconsistent with their communication and no one is assuming responsibility. If you are able to seek treatment else where I highly recommend that.

More than a year ago I had a root canal procedure done on my back left molar by Dr. Strange. After finishing it up I proceeded to ask him if he could possibly polish off the excess filling that was overlapping onto my tooth in front of that one, which he rudely refused telling me to “get a water flosser” which did run me about 50$... my general dentist easily fixed this problem and then gave me the horrible news that she could not put a crown on my molar because there was barely any tooth left to put it on.
