Just found this website...Dr Gerstle is truly a miracle worker. My daughter is now 15 and when born she was missing body parts, thanks to Dr Gerstle she is all better and no problems anymore. Duodenal Atresia Anal Atresia Esophagus Atresia My daughter is a very happy teenager, Dr Gerstle will always be a part of our story.
There are truly no words for how amazing Dr. Gerstle is. My 3 year old son Levi has high risk neuroblastoma and Dr. Gerstle recently performed 2 major surgeries on him. The first surgery was to remove the main tumor as well as cancerous lymph nodes/tissue, and the second surgery was to remove the 2 tumors inside of his pancreas (had less than half of his pancreas removed) as well as his spleen and surrounding lymph nodes. Dr. Gerstle is the best and caring man! He saved my son since He worked at Sick kids hospital in Toronto! Really appreciated him but very sad that He moved to US!

Dr. Gerstle is an amazing pediatric oncology surgeon. We are very fortunate that he and his team are so thorough and meticulous. They always take the time to answer questions and make sure we understand each step of the surgical process as well as the risks. We trust his eyes more than my child’s scans (they don’t reveal the whole picture) which is crucial to monitoring her progress during and after treatment.
