I’ve been using J-Tech Digital ergonomic vertical mice for years—keeping one at my home desk, one at the office, and one in my travel bag. I was sent the wrong laptop. A cheaper one. No response from this company. No call to resolve, replace, or credit. This is itentional. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE. This is in response to the seller's response: You sold a used laptop as new and the wrong model. I haven't ever had this happen to me. For some reason, you couldn't send the correct model. My experience with J Tech Digital was excellent and the individuals Ali and Mohammad that i dealt with were very knowledgeable and patient. They are a pleasure to work with and a fine example of what a company ought to aspire to.
