We use the J-Tech H264 Video Encoders and they work great! We have added the multi-channel encoders to our system and had a few questions on these and Jewel has be awesome to work with! We requested a few changes to the Web UI and Jewel had these implemented and ready to go in a few days. Any time I reach out for any technical help I receive a response either that day or the very next day.

I am definitely not a tech person. Jewell did a great job for me!!! I was able to send her pictures of my old equipment to replace with j tech digitals. She spent over a hour and a half on the telephone walking me through every step. Can’t give her enough praise!

I originally received Jtech digital mouse off Amazon and both times, the equipment was missing the USB nano piece and not able to work. Jewel from JTech received my customer request for product help and quickly offered to replace and send me directly new mouse with the USB nano removed and ready to go. This kind of quick resolution response is true customer service and I highly recommend Jtech both products and service. Kristin
