I had a terrible experience with Yates Electric. They came out to give a quote, started the job, and then never completed the work. I kept being told they would come back, but no one ever showed up. Weeks later, someone finally called to apologize and said the rest of the work would get done — but again, no one came. Had my panel/meter base replaced. Despite a couple of hiccups the job was still completed on time and I had power back on within 6 hours. The craftsmanship was also good. Also the best price.

Had an issue with an older home with prior addition which made it difficult to track down the problem, but they took care of it. Very professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.
