I do not recommend this business as they have been nothing, but unresponsive to at least three request for basic generator service. I am sure they will be glad to respond if you are wanting to purchase a new generator. Hopefully they will respond when there is a problem with their generator or installation.
Called for a generator repair spoke to Cecil, great customer service! Repairman Jared came out and fixed our issue, very knowledgeable. If you need your generator worked on I highly recommend!
Great service and price
I purchased a used generator 4.5 years ago I had a problem with it that nobody in Ontario Canada could figure out they kept changing parts and charging me for the service call, I had a diesel mechanic that we use on our other equipment while he was on site we called JTService and the gentleman that we spoke with I think his name was Cecil talked to myself and my mechanic and he was able to repair the problem in 20 minutes thank you to JTService Center and their knowledgeable staff Bob Peters
Called on this business as they carry a great reputation, but after speaking to the owners son who is very rude and condescending I took my business elsewhere. Everyone I'd spoken to warned me about Jim (owners son) according to others who have been a patron of this business said he is special needs and had a position (of power) created for him. All of the other employees were top notch, nice and very accommodating, but it all ended after speaking with Jim.
