Customer service was good. Helped me under time pressure to send replacements However, the product arrived 3 times damaged in transit. If not packaging and delivery, it surely would be 5 stars.
Ordered some Yorkshire joints.Some of them were quite bad damaged but all tees looked like they were picked from garbage bins full of dust and 2 of them damaged hit by hard objects not during the transport.They were picked in that condition. Not impressed with quality and services.
Ordered something around a month ago, still hasn’t arrived.
Really helpful. Part arrived next morning. Brilliant service.
