Unless you just need stopping in for the urinal, keep on going! The quality of Service isn't expected in a public company and their education has a 1st grade graduation level. Who's not aware there are many, many Fly by Night scammers out there who managed to temporarily slip in the system?? It's a irritant, but reality.
After 3 attempts to make an inquiry for service/repair on electric installed by Lanehart, there has been zero response. I have waited a month now, sent multiple messages via email, contact us form, and called with no answer. My home is 2.5 years old, and having issues with breakers/outlets installed by Lanehart. Outside of builder warranty but obviously Lanehart does not stand behind their work enough to respond this type of customer inquiry.
