We just purchased a new fireplace insert from J.T.Jones, and are very pleased with our purchase. They are knowledgeable and professional. We had it within a few days, and their team was very helpful with answering our questions.
I had been with Ferrell Gas for 15+ years. I put an order in on 1/29 and my tank was at 40%. As of 2/10 I was out of propane and all they could say was they were backed up. I use propane for everything in my home. I called JT Jones on 2/10 and within 2 hours I had a new tank and gas!! Amazing response and Brent is the man!
I called JT Jones on Thursday as I had been instructed by the old manager when I went looking for a propane service that would deliver when called the company I had in Grandy could no longer be trusted. JT Jones assured me that if a storm was coming and I contacted them a few days ahead of it getting topped of would not be an issue as I have a hole house generator.
