It wouldn’t let me rate less than the 1 so I guess they get a bonus star due to google’s minimum. Never has their service been as terrible as this year. A month after I dropped my taxes off, I stopped in to see if it was done but nothing was ready to be signed yet. They were still doing taxes from May apparently and it was the beginning of October. I've been getting my taxes done here for a few years and they were always great but both last year and this year I waited well over a month for them to contact me... Eventually I phoned them (their phone typically goes to voicemail) to find out they were completed and waiting for me to pick up. *Another person I know had the same experience* I'm a wheelchair disabled university student who doesn't work (so no T4), has a registered disability savings plan and a T5 for one smaller investment but aside from that, I don't have a... read more

I’ve been coming to J & T for a few years and had no problem. This year is different. Dropped off papers April 12th and still haven’t heard back or follow up. It would be great for communication. I’ve seen the reviews this year and see that it’s been busy, to wait 6 weeks plus. if I knew I would have went somewhere else, I cannot wait 6 weeks it’s already May.
