I've been getting my taxes done here for a few years and they were always great but both last year and this year I waited well over a month for them to contact me... I’ve been coming to J & T for a few years and had no problem. This year is different. Dropped off papers April 12th and still haven’t heard back or follow up. It would be great for communication. I’ve seen the reviews this year and see that it’s been busy, to wait 6 weeks plus. if I knew I would have went somewhere else, I cannot wait 6 weeks it’s already May.
I filed my taxes with them for the first time this year. Jason will answer all your questions via e-mail and the receptionist is very friendly.
