My wife had a screw in her front car tire. Took it to them to repair. When I drove the car away after it costing $37.00 to repair and not see them torque the front lug nut. I checked them and found they were loose. Not sure if they want wanted this to create problems so I would take it back but they put my wife’s life at risk along with others if the tire would have come off driving down the road!!!!!!!!!! I would no trust them working on a toy!!!!
They fixed my brakes on Monday morning! They diagnosed the issue with my breaks and were able to fix them. I am very grateful that they worked on my car even though they were very busy! They took time to explain the issue and gave me options on how to fix my breaks. The reception area is very nice and comfortable. They send me a text when my car was ready. I highly recommend J &T Automotive!
No way will my car go back this place. After I had a accident with our jeep we called to see if this shop could look over everything and tell us if anything was bent. The (we assume) owner told my husband yes bring it in they would fix anything underneath that needed replacing and do a alignment, but since not being a body shop they could not fix the fender and headlight.
