DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle into JT Automotive. First of all their customer service sucks and the mechanics and the front desk do not communicate with each other. You will be told one thing by the mechanic and something else completely by the person on the phone. Over the time span of a week we spoke to several different people at the desk quoting us different prices. The mechanic had us come in and showed us what needed to be done. I'm driving for 45 years and also took care of the cars belonging to my wife and kids for over 25 years in CA, & AK. I've never seen a crook mechanic as bad as they are. They kept my truck for several days and charged me $700, and all they did was change a lighting fuse, and request addional $750 to possibly resolve two other issues. I've resolved the other issue very easily on my own.

He bills himself as the Honest Mechanic....any thing but that. Had a vehicle that the rear end was replaced because a bearing froze up. Two months later the same bearing froze up...to find out he installed a rear end out of the Junk yard and would not stand behind their work...worst place in America
