I have personally experienced, and witnessed, what I believe to be anti-Indigenous behaviour from Kayla, the supervisor, in her treatment of customers. I have seen her treat both younger and older Indigenous customers with disrespect, dismissiveness, and condescension. An experience entirely different than other customers who are not Indigenous is witness. the manager is awesome. they’re willing to order anything you want. the selection is always premium. they have excellent accessories. they honoured my super old beat up loyalty card and gave me a discount still :)
