Horrible experience! After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, they never showed, even tho I had confirmed it and was told the tech would call when on their way. No call and no show…after 3 weeks of waiting. No acknowledgement or apology from the company. Inexcusable…Beware!
UNRELIABLE
See my previous review below. They have been my go to plumber outfit for several jobs. In the last month they have been totally unresponsive. Missed appointments and their answering service is useless. Sad to say, you should go somewhere else for your plumbing needs. ………………………., Great experience. They do not show up or return calls or emails if you have an issue with their work. I have been trying to get them to fix a leak from their installation of a faucet for a month. I keep leaving messages with an answering service and get no calls back. They used to be great, but this has been the worst customer service I have experienced in 18 years in the Charleston area. We will never recommend them again. Use another company.
Company did not show up a week ago for service appointment related to a warranty item and never replied to multiple calls, emails, and texts. Company is apparently a Google Guaranteed company but my follow up with Google was totally useless. I could go on and on about a horrible initial experience with them as well (only tried to use them again because they installed the item we have issues with) but maybe they are not even in business any longer which might be a very good thing.
