The original Jay Stevens that had such good reviews and opened the company has sold it and run off and is no longer in control, which is exactly why you see so many bad reviews one after another. Horrible experience! After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, they never showed, even tho I had confirmed it and was told the tech would call when on their way. No call and no show…after 3 weeks of waiting. No acknowledgement or apology from the company. Inexcusable…Beware!
UNRELIABLE
See my previous review below. They have been my go to plumber outfit for several jobs. In the last month they have been totally unresponsive. Missed appointments and their answering service is useless. Sad to say, you should go somewhere else for your plumbing needs. ………………………., Great experience. This is my third time using J Stephens Plumbing and I remain quite happy with their work. This time they repaired two faucets and emplaced a home water shutoff switch. Update.
