Everything has gone perfectly on my visits to Dr. Rich. I had a bad experience with my former Psychiatrist, and I really checked Dr. Rich out prior to seeing him. He has received accolades and awards from major medical institutions; and that made me feel even more comfortable. His staff are kind and accommodating. I love and highly recommend and respect Dr. Rich. He is extremely competent, professional, and thorough.
Dr. Rich is an extraordinary psychiatrist!!! I had a wonderful experience in his office; he made me feel like he empathized, and he showed immense compassion regarding my problems. He doesn't just write prescriptions, he listens, and then he formulates a plan of therapy. Dr. Rich is heaven sent!!!
I’d like to say it was helpful because he was recommended. His receptionist responded to my voicemail while I was at work. She asked if I needed medication to treat whatever I am dealing with. I said I don’t know. This was my first time acknowledging I had a problem and reaching out for therapy. She mentioned the last name of someone else I could call, but couldn’t send me info (I wasn’t able to write it down at work).
