Worst customer service, after waiting for over two weeks for the quotation I had to contact Justin after sending him an email stating to go ahead, no response, had to chase him down for the start date. The job was scheduled for today at 9:00, received a call yesterday stating that the installer had a previous commitment (no problem) but he would be on site for around 11:00, waited around all day, no contractor, no phone call, nothing. J Squared was called to see if they could do a repair and inspection of my roof. Justin inspected and repaired several areas that needed attention. Justin is pleasant to deal with and I am confident of this company's work. The office staff are also friendly and helpful.
J Squared Roofing is a very professional organization. The team that did the roof on our century home was amazing. They took time to explain any issues and made sure that we were satisfied with everything they did. They had to think outside the box as the original roof is still in great shape, but created some extra work to ensure everything was perfect. To top it off, the final price was exactly as quoted. Highly recommend J Squared Roofing.
JSquared Roofing is one of the best experiences I have had for my current home. The owner Justin is courteous, honest and responsive. His crew is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and does a very outstanding work in roofing and installations.
