I purchased a banana pudding. I asked the cashier if it real homemade custard and she responded “yes”. Could’ve been further from the truth. This was a handful vanilla wafers and dry pudding mix with whipped cream on top. Banana pudding Not!
I've been staying at the Hyatt House for a couple of weeks now due to repairs on my unit and haven't had a real cooked meal since and had no idea this catering service was located on site because the hotel does more promotion for the HBar, and the past couple of days I've had some of the best meals in Chicago now having tried J.Spice. I had my first jerk chicken egg rolls with the Mac & Cheese and literally melted. This spot is 🔥 🔥🔥 don't sleep on them.
Everything so good! Ask for the Rasta Pasta. It’s 5 stars. Also fyi: this shop is located in a market connected to the hotel.
Ordered for lunch the rice bowl with jerk chicken added! It was so delicious and flavorful. Also got a pineapple soda and it paired so well with the bowl. This food is clean and size is generous too. I will save the rest of my bowl for later :)
