I wanted to support a local party supply store but the customer service is whack. I ordered $72 worth of balloons and helium. On the day of pickup, one of the balloons ($14 - $7 for balloon, $7 for helium) wasn’t floating. They said they put helium in it, so they can’t issue a refund of $7, nor will they throw in a $2 weight for the balloons. They suggested that I use tape for the balloon that I paid $7 for helium 😐
Super nice couple who helped me out last minute for a bouquet of balloons! They have really good pricing and so many other party items as well. I will definitely be coming back (:
