Smucker Construction was consulted by Christ Presbyterian Church in Camp Hill when we were looking to replace our roof. Smucker inspected our roof and found the EPDM, rubber roofing, was in good shape. Their suggestion was to apply a spray coating over the EPDM roofing to prolong the life of the roof. When the coating starts to ware off they could power wash the roof and respray the coating to renew the roof.
