I used to recommend this place to everyone unfortunately never again. My car was serviced including oil change and filter. Also had my transmission serviced. I was told that it was slipping a bit. My understanding was it would come good as they never told me that it would need replacing at the time after it been serviced so I went away thinking all was well then I returned a couple of days later to be told no sorry the whole transmission needs replacing. I have been fortunate to have these guys turn out for an RACV tow, on a couple of occasions, and both times they were professional, polite and helpful. That shouldn't be a surprise but have had the opposite many times in the past.
