There are no words that can fully describe the office and staff. Exceptional doesn't do it and neither does Amazing.....it's an experience like no other.....I was in awe and throughly pleased with my experience and the staff. It's unlike any other dentist I've been too.....I'm speechless and Exuberantly thrilled that I found them.
First impressions are lasting! From the front office staff to the Provider, everyone at J Smiles was so personable, courteous, kind and professional. 10/10 customer experience.
If you looking for a great dentist to get good results this is the place for you they are friendly and care about your needs the staffs are wonderful the Doctors are amazing come in you won’t be disappointed I just love everyone here
I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the customer service I experienced before even seeing the dentist. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and insensitive to patient needs. Instead of helping clarify my treatment plan, she was quick to cite job responsibilities in a tone that felt combative and unprofessional.
