I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the customer service I experienced before even seeing the dentist. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and insensitive to patient needs. Instead of helping clarify my treatment plan, she was quick to cite job responsibilities in a tone that felt combative and unprofessional. I would highly recommend J Smiles to anyone looking for an implant studio. The doctor and staff have the most comforting and personalized care of any clinic I have ever been to. The atmosphere is like a spa not a generic clinic and they are kind, courteous and the work I had done is absolutely stunning.
