HORRIBLE customer service as in ZERO response. Called 7 times. Left 4 messages. Inquired on website , drove to buisness address which is a house. Called again from in front of the house. NOTHING !! Gave up and called a competitor who picked right up and I hired them instead
OMG, mr. Shultz saved my life for a family court issue. I am coming up for the hearing in one week and Mr. Schultz was able to get his people to do a subpoena just two days after I made contact with him. I used another service at the same time to get double people out there but they were total BS at over twice the price.
John responded quickly to my request and was able to track an elusive individual and take care of business. All of the followup paperwork was handled on time and accordingly.
