Ordered in July 2025 still waiting for my order or a communication of any kind from company they were so good pre pandemic with shipping etc now it seems scammers are operating taking people's money...disappointed
I placed an order on 6/20/25. On 7/3/25, I received a notification saying that the label for UPS has been created. I’ve been checking daily and UPS still doesn’t have possession of the package. I have tried emailing the company and sending them a direct message on instagram but no one has responded. If you’re thinking about ordering from this company, DON’T!
This company has really fallen off over the last two years and it’s awful to see. I only have two stars for the strength of the belt however customer services and overall delivery is complete TRASH!!! Now on the website site it would be say a normal weeks time delivery which makes since when you don’t have the material on hand however when it becomes MONTHS then it’s a problem and I could’ve have ordered from another vendor / company for the belt. I ordered a waist trainer on 4/10/25 and it's still stating unfulfilled. Terrible, if I don't hear from customer service then I'll request a refund through my credit card.
I placed an order with JSCULPT (Order #299276) on December 27, 2024, and unfortunately the sizing was not correct. I followed their return instructions and paid an additional $10 for an exchange (Invoice #D17384). A new order (#300411) was created, but it sat in “waiting to ship” status for nearly two months.
