Ordered a couple of years ago with no issue. I ordered again in January. After I received an email saying the order had shipped, I was then contacted saying that one of my items was out of stock. How if it’s already shipped? They offered a replacement and when asked about ETA there was no response. I emailed again with no response, so now I’m requesting a refund. I checked tracking and only the label was printed. Ordered 1/9 and it is now 2/18.
I ordered from J Sculpt Fitness when they first started up and several times since then with no problem. I recently bought 3 items from them on December 1, 2025; my item was delayed by two weeks because of severe weather. It was delivered on December 30 to the wrong address and then returned to their warehouse. This company is a scam. A couple of years ago I purchased a 6x waist trainer I couldn't fit it, mind you I was originally in a size 3x so there's no reason I shouldn't be able to fit a 6x. I figured I'd just lose the weight. I lost over 80lbs since then. Years later I decided to buy a 8x waist trainer from Jsculpt Fitness. Guess what the 8x is the same size as the 6x. Ordered in July 2025 still waiting for my order or a communication of any kind from company they were so good pre pandemic with shipping etc now it seems scammers are operating taking people's money...disappointed
