I have been seeing Dr. Kiley Toder for a couple of years now and she has been great to me. She really listens when I have issues and tries to get to the bottom of them. My Primary care doctor sent me to Dr J Scott Toder 24 years ago for severe RA. Before I went to see him I could hardly walk. Because my primary doctor called him, I was able to get an appointment that day. I had blood work done, and it showed my rheumatoid factors were sky high. Dr. J. Toder was my doctor years ago, from the day one he seemed interested and concerned, he kindly told me I will help you. He puts me a treatment and did everything he could to improve my health for months, but unfortunately it din’t work, after a while, he tried to help by sending me a referral to another state. Although i was not aware at the time, I now understand his professionalism and humility in accepting that he could not handle my case and still give me the opportunity for other providers to help me. I can not honestly review any of the staff or providers besides the front office worker who answered the phone when I called in to check on a referral and make an appointment. I gave my full name, date of birth and the name of the referring doctor and asked if she could confirm if the referral was received. The response was “we get a lot of referrals so probably but were not taking them”. My response “does that mean you’re not accepting new patients”?
