My heater separated around mid-and I needed to source another one rapidly. I called a few organizations and was not dazzled by their proposals for another heater or practicality. The expert from J. Samuel Heating & Air Conditioning, then again, was exceptionally legit, professional, polite and supportive. He suggested another heater that addressed our issues and he had it introduced appropriately in an exceptionally brief time frame. I was exceptionally dazzled!

Our AC broke on a Sunday during a heat wave and J. Samuel Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new system for us on Monday. The office staff and install crew were very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend using J. Samuel Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone looking for a new HVAC system.

Had a new furnace and A/C unit installed today. The technicians were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job that looked great when they were done.They cleaned up and explained everything after they were done. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of all the team members at J. Samuel Heating & Air Conditioning. All staff were very helpful and patient and answer all my questions, also installation went smoothly and they cleaned after themselves .

J. Samuel Heating & Air Conditioning technicians are very outstanding. We were very impressed with their excellent customer service and honesty. They explained everything they were doing very clearly and answered all of my questions. Our swamp cooler has never worked better than the way it does after the service. I would definitely recommend them.
