I am sad to say that I was just literally thrown out of Heidi‘s shop. She actually called 911 threatening to call the police. I was calm and just asking her what could’ve happened because the hairpiece I ordered was reportedly blown up by customs. And then I asked her what could we do because couldn’t the same thing happened and that just seemed to trigger her and she became Extremely Active and angry and refused to say anything other than leave my shop. I've had the same person cut my hair since 1991. I don't see that changing any time soon.
Small salon that is very careful about COVID-19 guidelines and cleaning. Good service too -- Jovy has been cutting my hair for years now.
