If I could give them zero, I absolutely would. I'm preffacing this with, I had my hair done a couple years ago there and it was fine, so I decided to give them a chance, since I needed a refresher. Their stylist chemically damaged my hair, and possibly scalp, by having lightener on it for 4 hours, completely fried my ends and just left the damage instead of fixing it, but their stance is that they are not liable for stylists work, because they are freelance.
