JS West has treated me very poorly even after I have been a reliable customer for many years. They may make a fast delivery when they are trying to get your business but they are disrespectful and I will no longer send my business to them. I am very disappointed in their inability to treat me respectful and would recommend looking for other suppliers who will be there for you when you really need them.
They got me a delivery of gas the next day! My "old" propane company told me there would be a 2 1/2 week wait for a delivery. it was getting pretty chilly at my house until I called JS West.
As for the person that old supplier told them 2 1/2 weeks, ita apparent to me THEY let themselves run out of gas and were habitual in doing so, or they owed that company money. Companies that want new business always come right out, in order to gain the business. My experience with JS WEST is they have poor customer service especially their management in the Oakhurst area where they Give the fuel away to gain the customer, lie to them and raise the price way up higher than everyone else to make up for the cheap initial price
