Do not use this company, horrible treatment of loyal customer. Was a customer since 2019 paid on time, they removed my tank without notice.
Worst gas company. Would not recommend. They are not willing to work with there client's. Very rude. I told them that I can pay them on the first and 12 days before the first, they came and took my regulator. Leaving me and my kids with no propane. Almost everything in this house runs on propane. Another gas company recommend that I hook up a 5 gallon. Just to make it until the end of the month. So I did. Do not use this company I've rented several places in the placerville area so i have been a customer to a few differnt local companies and never had anything compare to outrocity of this so called company. They have no idea what's going on. They apparently don't communicate with their drivers and have no kind of valid schedule that they follow leaving you in the dark as to when you'll get propane. They tell you a window of 7 to 10 days with threats of not filling the tank if we aren't here and dogs aren't contained.... read more
We've been with JS West/Placerville for several years. The delivery drivers have always been friendly and professional. The office staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help regardless the issue. Justin, their manager, has always helpful and is very knowledgeable of the propane industry.
New customer, just moved into new home in Pollock and had to pay $250 just to have someone come out or you have to wait 7-10 days and they require or I should say force you to get filled completely to 85 percent which is like $900 and you have 30 days to pay that. Absolutely ridiculous but sure.
