They're more expensive than anybody and their new logon portal sucks
Pro: They have propane. Cons: Really poor customer service. I was moving out of a rental and they refused to total out my bill until the end of the cycle even though the house was three miles away from them and other people would be continuing to live in the rental, so I had to pay for time I was not living in the house. The next month when I was doing my bills and already moved, so would not have gotten a paper bill from them, as it was sent to the old house I called them to pay the bill and just get it over with. I've been with JS west for years. Then I moved to a new location. Upon putting in a thirty thousand b t u heater, I called js west. Their rep came out. Look at my project and told me he would get back to me soon On whether they could provide propane or not. I never heard back from him. That was back in early november twenty twenty four. fortunately, I had also contacted hunt propane. Their representative came out the next day told me he would call me back and did so within 1 hour. J.S. West has always been considerate by having the driver call the night before, to ensure I'm here to enter through our gate. In addition; the last driver Brandon, (whom I've never met), left a "feel better" note w/a smiley face when I was sick. That actually made me feel better. Thank you Brandon, I hope to meet you some day soon.
Do not use this company, horrible treatment of loyal customer. Was a customer since 2019 paid on time, they removed my tank without notice.
