June 30th 5pm on a Tuesday. Had a tire issue in our Class A RV. We were 2 miles away, Called, he answered asap. We explained one tire and wheel was overheating. We were pulled over when we called. He said wait right there I’ll call you right back in one moment. It’s been 3 hours. Still no call. In his defense we didn’t call him back and we just went to another shop. But he never called us back.
