Great customer service ! And they treat you like family
Called over the phone to see if they could help with what we needed (new stud and seal) I was 40min out and the office lady was doing her best calling locations close to me that could help me out. I went ahead and took my trailer and they helped me so fast was no longer than 20 minutes. They were so sweet & helpful, I’m glad we came across them. HIGHLY recommend if considering.
Do not take your trailer here. I brought our trailer here three times and all three times a disappointment. First they had to do my floor yet messed up trim. I brought it back and it’s still raggedy. One section broke and they just glued the pieces of the wood slat back instead of putting in new one. They even wrote on my oak wood with permanent marker and didn’t replace table top inserts correctly. Then they were to switch out my generators. They charged me almost 300$ to put my new one up, took out old one and never hooked... read more
Took a trailer to fix they wired the brakes wrong brake seized up, took it back to them. They said they fixed it again and they said my truck was the problem. Turns out they wired the electric over hydraulic motor wrong. There was no brake pads on three of the axles They were also supposed to service the axles. They said the axles were fine. They added oil take it to the another shop had to replace three out of the four bearings. They were told about the brake motor going bad after they wired it or they were going to make it... read more
