It’s extremely disappointing to see the condition of this development. The community appears poorly maintained — with overgrown weeds, unfinished common areas, and only minimal sod installation. The quality of the concrete work is unacceptable; sidewalks, curbs, and even sections of the roadway are already cracking and deteriorating less than a year after completion. Doug Testa and his team have completely dropped the ball on this development. The community looks neglected — overgrown weeds everywhere, minimal sod installation, and unfinished common areas. The concrete work is terrible; sidewalks, curbs, and roads are already cracked and falling apart less than a year in. There’s absolutely no communication with the HOA or homeowners about ongoing construction. It’s unacceptable for a new development to be handled this poorly. Homeowners deserve much better oversight and accountability.
