Horrible service. They prepared and filed my tax return incorrectly, which resulted in a $3,000 IRS penalty. After I contacted them to resolve the issue, they stopped responding and never followed up. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I found their lack of accountability and customer service to be extremely disappointing.
Worst service ever. I strongly not recommend to go there. He said that he submitted file tax without full documentation and later when we try to reach them they talked so rudely and amd telling me that they did favor on us after paying $200 fee. Worsted ever i have seen. Not recommended please don’t go guys.
Ellos son muy buenos siento que el problema de tiempo de espera es culpa de nosotros como clientes, ya que hacen cita para 1 persona y llegan hasta en grupos de 3 y eso hace que el tiempo de espera sea demasiado largo
