JSR's service team has been excellent. Ben in particular. He has been so helpful in getting our punch list items completed. He goes above and beyond every time he is at our house. The actual building process has been a struggle....and still continues to be. We still aren't quite done with everything even though we've lived here since Sept, but Ben, Tony and our project manager Adam have been great to deal with.
J.S. Robinson built my in-laws home and they had an amazing experience and a decade later have never had an issue with the house. The quality is superior. The customer service was incredible and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or to buy a new home.
