Use caution when leaving your car here… Went in with an oil leak and was talked down to after I tried to understand thousands of dollars of additional repairs. None of this was negotiable (including replacing random cabin filters), and I left $150 later with no actual work done.
These guys do a really good job. They are eminently both accommodating and professional.
The process start to finish at J&S auto was excellent. I have an Audi Q5 and received better service here than I ever had at any Audi dealer. They listened to my concerns, addressed them kindly and offered real solutions. Ike truly went above and beyond plus the owner Steve is wonderful. As long as they are here I will not be taking my car anywhere else. Nice to have an auto shop I can trust, so happy to have found them.
I was referred here by another west side mechanic - and I'm so happy about that. Steve gave me incredibly attentive service diagnosing mechanical issues and determining cost effective paths forward. He explained everything, why it was needed, how it worked, and what my options were. I'm now a customer for life and highly recommend this shop for all your needs.
An amazing family business! I’m used to take my car to my dad’s garage in France so I never have to deal with repairs anywhere else until I moved here and had to find a garage which was a bit stressful when you’re a woman who knows nothing about cars. They listened to my concerns even when I had the dumbest questions haha. I could feel their honesty, they truly care about their customers and they have really fair prices! I will go again anytime I have problems with my old car.
