I was with another oil company for many years and switched to J&S 2 years ago. I am so much happier. They do not play games with the prices. I have been comparing prices and J&S has always had the best price. I just got my 2 neighbors to switch to J&S also.

Kevin cleaned my furnace and left the area just as clean as he found it. He was very professional and answered my questions. He did scare me with his mask, does he wear it every day? However, the Boston Red Sox beard was a nice touch.

I have been a customer for propane since January 2010. In June of 2011 I reported a propane leak. J&S did not fix leak until October 2012! When contacted several time by my about the odor they always used some excuse like "your tanks are probably low". My fill ups went from 8 months to 3 months and now that it is fixed they are still not willing to correct some of the money lost. They are slow to return calls if at all. Safety is not their concern.
