I use all the golden nozzle car washes across New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. I wash my car once a week I travel. I love their excessibility. They're all good and clean. Most of their employees are happy and friendly. There's a few seem to be having rough days. And I never judge them on that. Julia at the waterville location seems to be extremely attentive to detail and very customer friendly.
WARNING: Golden Nozzle Car Wash Damaged My Truck! (And They Deny It.) DO NOT GO HERE if you care about your vehicle's paint and finish. Golden Nozzle Car Wash completely scratched up my truck. I contacted Golden Nozzle immediately, opened an incident case, and even met with their representative, Adam. To his credit, Adam did see the hundreds of scratches on my paint in the daylight. Vacuums always have great suction here, and I love the option for a monthly car wash subscription
My molding was blown off during the drying cycle and I was told I had to file a claim which was quickly denied. All I wanted was the piece of molding back, and Adam (who was extremely arrogant) told me "it's hard to look for it because of your attitude". What does that even mean?! Total jerk and I hope he reaps what he has sown. And so it is.
Finally giving the inside a sprucing up.
