You HAVE to buy the wash pass since you HAVE to go through the wash 3 times in a row to get the dirt off of your car. Out of all the golden nozzle locations I've been to, this one is consistently very disappointing. You should let the guys from Manchester come over here and train the staff for a week. I've used this car wash for years and never had a problem until June 2026. I was going through the automated wash and was involved in a 4 car collision. I was the last car in the line and the first person stopped at the end of the wash and the belt just pushed every car into it. I was pushed into the truck in front of me over and over by the belt but I couldn't even see because my car was covered in soap. Shouldn't they be watching the cameras for stuff like that?
