I’m glad I found out about the lack of professionalism before becoming a customer. This business was referred to me by a friend. I called and spoke to Josh about servicing a problem in my home, he told me to text, I did so. After three days of no response, I called and left a message. After no response from that message, I texted again. After I left another voicemail, I just decided to give up. One phone conversation, two voicemails, and two texts later, I still have not received a response.
Very professional and polite. Highly recommended!!!
I am going to start this post by saying not all super hero’s wear capes. Huge shout out to Josh Adams. Our house was 87 degrees and needless to say I did not sleep well last night. Josh is slam busy and still found time to come by and visit. He is unbelievably knowledgeable and as a result, the house is nice and cool this evening. The O’Neal house thanks you. If you need HVAC work done I can’t think of anyone else I would call.
