If I could rate them NO STARS, I would! We had a blockage in a pipe. They sent someone out to fix it. He was personable and said he cleared the pipe. He took the toilet off and left it off since my contractor is installing new floors due to a previous plumbing flood. Not an hour after he left there was water pouring out of my bathroom and through the basement ceiling and all over the new cement board that was installed on the floor.
