I was called by Fran to schedule service at my apartment for existing building violations. We set up a day for a repairman to fix things. I took the day off from work. No one ever showed and no one called. I called - she apologized and I spoke to a man who said he was a manager. He said to take another day off (without pay) and someone would call the day before, day of and on their way to confirm an arrival.
