Rick and his team in service are AWESOME! So friendly and eager to help me with my mower situation. I will absolutely be back for service and to buy equipment. Old school style service (meaning friendly and appreciative of the customer and takes the time to do the job correctly). Changed out blades on my Spartan mower when I couldn’t get the bolts loose to be able to do it myself. They got me in quickly and had them changed out and sharpened! Thank you Rick!!

Well after the most lame attempt at being helped by this guy that liked to wear his pants down around his knees, and after being told they couldn't get my parts, I decided I should just go somewhere else. I wouldn't have even given one star but I had to. This place is worthless. To the manager: tell the your employee to pull his pants up, its not attractive in the least bit.
