I recently received with a used car and the ignition key only worked when inserted in a certain orientation. I called J & S, and the master technician, although unsure if the key was the actual issue, told me come by to see if he could cut a correct version of the key from a blank they had on site. He cut the new key so that it would work no matter which way it went into the ignition in just 5 minutes. I paid $70. I called about getting my door lock changed and was told someone would be by that day. No one showed or called. I called back the next day asking for an update and the same guy gave me an attitude about me calling back and said that someone would be by when they were ready. It's been over a week now. Maybe they're good locksmiths but the guy who answers the phones isn't good at his job
