DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is a joke. Our rental company recommended them. From the very beginning they never showed up on time. I had to consistently reach out. Now that I need our sprinklers turned back on, they have been putting us off with no communication at all, I have to keep reaching out to get any information. Then, my final straw, after them dragging this out for 2 weeks, they just don't respond. Literally the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered.
Very frustrating experience. This company was assigned by my landlord to activate our sprinklers, and communication has been terrible from the start. I reached out multiple times trying to schedule service and was mostly ignored. We finally got something scheduled, but they completely no-call no-showed and never followed up or responded about rescheduling. It’s disappointing to deal with such poor reliability and lack of communication for a basic service appointment.
They did an amazing job at my aunts house
Great experience, from beginning to end was told what would be done to my irrigation system. Highly recommend!
