Absolutely unacceptable experience. The owner was openly disrespectful and made offensive remarks while driving around in a company vehicle, representing his business. That kind of behavior says everything about how little he cares about professionalism or the community. It felt hostile, unnecessary, and completely out of line. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
BEWARE. The owner of this company Joe is a tyrant! He showed up at our estimate at our property in Revere, over talking us while reeking of alcohol! When we told him we will have to think about moving forward, he shouted GOOD…. GO WASTE SOMEBODY ELSES TIME!!! and stormed up the street! My husband and I couldn’t believe what we dealt with. Stay away from this company !
