Got an evaporator replaced and asked for reason of failure so that I could forward it to insurance. They initially refrained to provide me with a reason but told my insurance that it was wear and tear at which point my insurance claim was refused. They are not qualified to provide a forensics reason of failure but still did so. Kellie the owner said that she had not even heard of mechanical forensics. Have a full part and labour warranty until 2029. The following will tell you all you need to know. And yet again they send me an invoice. I am coved under warranty for any and all service related to both my furnace and thermostat. First time you called me you stated there was a communication error with the system and if it happened again you would need to send someone to inspect it. A grumpy old man sits at the phone and is extremely rude. We politely asked for a negotiation, and he could have refused politely but his manners are very bad. Imagine what happens if we do contract him and he argues and fights when he is working on site. Not good. These people give this kind of attitude and later wonder why their businesses aren't doing so great. !!
