The problem with PA's check up system. A mechanic forces you to get things fixed so you can get your plates. All the while, the things that need to be fixed weren't broke at all. Major corruption.
Repair Shop deserves all the negative press for ripping off the 80 year old man. Charging him $31k for repairs on a 9 yr old Camry and never actually doing the work.
Being sued ....
